Things to check before buying a used Iveco.

Model: IVECO Iveco Various
Part: Checks and maintenance

In this video, we see some tips to follow before buying a used Iveco: the first thing to check is obviously the aesthetics; that it doesn't have any signs of obvious dents and scratches. Then check that the documentation is in order. Then check that it doesn't emit smoke from the exhaust; then that the suspensions don't make too much noise; that the brakes don't have too much play; then do a test drive checking the gearbox and at the same time check that the differential doesn't make strange noises, especially in low gears. Check that the headlights and turn signals work correctly, as well as all the dashboard lights, and above all, that no warning lights remain on. The gear lever may also have some play, this should also be checked. And last, but not least, the tires, that they are in good condition.

Remove the rear light of a Nissan Qashqai to replace the damaged bulbs. Open the boot lid, unscrew the securing bolts located at the side of the rear light using a screwdriver (or socket spanner), and once the light is free from any constraints, detach it from the bodywork (disconnect the relevant power connectors). Replace the damaged bulbs with equivalent size and voltage pieces (replace the light if damaged). Finally, refit the light, proceeding in reverse order with the assembly of the other parts.
