How to Reset the Service Light on a Jaguar XE

To reset the service light on a Jaguar XE, enter the vehicle and turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine. Press the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously and hold them down. After a few seconds, a confirmation message or maintenance reset menu will appear on the instrument panel display. When the service reset confirmation appears, release both pedals. Turn off the instrument panel and wait a moment. Turn the panel back on to check that the service light has been cleared and that the maintenance interval has been correctly reset.
