How to Replace the Key Battery on the Jaguar XE

If you want to replace the button battery inside your Jaguar XE key yourself, follow these steps. First, remove the metal part on the left side of the cover and the emergency key located just below it using your hands. Next, use the emergency key to open the cover and locate the exhausted button battery. Remove it and insert the new replacement battery. Finally, reassemble the various components you removed earlier, and you are finished.
