How to put the electronic handbrake of the Jeep Renegade into maintenance mode

In this video, we will see how to put the electronic handbrake of the Jeep Renegade in maintenance mode, so that we can change the rear brake pads. We turn on the ignition and through the multimedia screen we go to the settings button: from here we select the "safety & driving assistance" option, clicking on which we will be taken to the brakes submenu, we go to "service mode" and when asked if we want the service mode to be activated, we answer yes. Now the display will show the message that the electronic brake is in service mode, and we can proceed to change the rear pads or discs.
