Today we will see how to reset the maintenance and engine oil change light on a 2016 Jeep Compass vehicle. Turn on the instrument panel of our vehicle without starting the engine and press on the brake pedal and accelerator pedal at the same time. While keeping the brake pedal pressed, release and press the accelerator pedal three times in a row. Then turn off the instrument panel and wait 10 seconds before turning on the instrument panel and completing the reset procedure for the light. If the light is not reset, it will be necessary to wait an hour and repeat the operation.
