How to remove the air filter from a 2018 Jeep Compass? Here’s how to take out the pollen air filter from inside the cover drawer. Remove the trim located on the side of the dashboard (right side), open the glove compartment door, and remove the securing screws until the entire piece is removed. Take off the cap from the filter holder (push the plastic clip), then extract the cabin filter to be replaced. Insert a new pollen filter, ensuring it fits snugly around the walls of the box; refit the filter box cap and the entire cover drawer.
