Operation: How to replace the service belt on a Jeep Cherokee

Before we can begin, we will have to open the front hood, in order to obtain the necessary space to work. Let's start by removing the front fan, unscrewing the upper bolts that secure it and extracting it from the engine compartment. Then we will proceed with loosening the bolts that secure the power steering pump. By doing this we will loosen the service belt just enough to allow us to remove it. To fit the new belt we will simply have to follow these instructions in reverse. Once we have fitted the new belt, re-attached the power steering pump correctly and reassembled the radiator fan, we will have successfully completed the replacement.
