After doing this, you can work on the non-functioning key. Get a flat-head screwdriver or a small spatula to assist with the job. First, remove the metal key from the key fob. Use the screwdriver to insert it into the previously created space to open the key shell halfway. Now you can extract the battery and replace it.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
