Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Jeep Compass MK 1, MK 49 - Years 2006-2016
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter box is located on the passenger side, just behind the glove compartment. To install the new filter, open the glove compartment door, press the sides to retract the stop pins, lower the door completely, and access the filter box. Then, unclip the side tabs securing the filter box cover, remove it, and extract the old filter; ensure there are no impurities inside and install the new filter respecting the airflow direction. Finally, apply the cover and reattach the glove compartment door.
