Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Jeep Wrangler MK 3, JK - Years 2007-2018

The engine air filter housing (AIRBOX) is located at the front left of the engine compartment: to lift the cover, after unclipping the securing tabs, you need to unscrew the locking screws of the intake duct, which is rigid and would not allow the cover to be lifted. At this point, extract the old filter, ensure there are no dirt residues inside the filter housing, and insert the new one, making sure the edges that act as a seal fit properly. Then reattach the cover with the respective tabs and secure the intake duct again.
