How to Reset the Oil Light on a Jeep Compass

The engine oil light comes on whenever a certain number of miles have been driven. This way, every driver can change the oil and the corresponding filter promptly without damaging the engine. However, if the light continues to appear despite having performed maintenance, a manual reset must be carried out. To do this, insert the key and turn on the ignition. Then, press the accelerator pedal three times in quick succession. At this point, the reset is successfully completed and you can turn off the ignition.
