If you have just changed the oil on your new Jeep Renegade 2022, but the alarm message continues to appear on the on-board computer display then you need to perform a manual reset. First, place the automatic gearshift lever on "P" and turn on the vehicle's ignition. Then press the accelerator pedal three consecutive times (within ten seconds) and switch off the ignition. At this point the reset is complete and from the next start the alarm message relating to the oil change will no longer appear. In case of errors you can repeat the whole procedure without any problem.
