How to deactivate the airbag on the Jeep Renegade

If you need to install a pushchair in the front passenger seat, you must deactivate the passenger airbag. You can find the instructions in this description and also refer to the video. First, access the driver's seat and turn on the ignition. Then, use the controls on the left side of the steering wheel to scroll through the various options on the onboard computer until you select "safety". Press the OK button and select "passenger airbag". At this point, you can choose to deactivate the airbag, and once done, the orange "airbag deactivated" warning light will illuminate on the central console.
