To remove the door panel on a Jeep Compass, first loosen the screws located at the handle and near the window switch. Once these screws are loosened, use a screwdriver to pry off the speaker cover and the window switch knob.

After removing these parts, you can detach the panel from the door to disconnect the underlying connectors. Once the old panel is removed, you can insert the new one, mounting and connecting it properly.
