How to Replace Your Car's Brake Pads

Model: Jeep Wrangler MK 3, JK - Years 2007-2018

First, undo the wheel bolts and remove the wheel. Then, undo the bolts located above and below the outer part of the caliper. Once the bolts are removed, pull the front part out. Next, undo the two bolts that hold the part of the caliper where the brake pads are located. Once the caliper is removed, extract the old pads with the worn friction material and replace them with new ones. Then, also remove the disc by taking off the clips on the bolts that hold the wheel, and replace it with a new one. At this point, after fitting the new disc, reattach the part of the caliper that contains the pads, and then reattach the outer part, remembering to push back the piston that needs to be compressed. This is how to replace the brake pads on your JEEP WRANGLER.
