To reset the infotainment system of the Kia EV9, you need to turn on the instrument cluster by pressing the appropriate button located next to the steering wheel. Once the cluster is on, locate the small hole next to the button that turns on the central display.

Inside this small hole, there is a reset button that must be held down using a pen or another pointed object. After a few seconds, you will notice that the screen will turn off and then turn back on. After the reboot, you will see that all settings have been reset.
