How to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Kia Proceed 1.6 T-GDi.

Today we will see the procedure for replacing the engine oil and oil filter of the Kia Proceed 1.6 T-GDi while performing the routine maintenance service. First, we lift the vehicle and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt found on the oil pan, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes. After that, we will unscrew the oil filter cartridge using the appropriate tool, replacing it with a new one (screwing it in by hand and tightening gently). All that’s left is to top up with the new engine oil, which should meet the specifications indicated in the owner's manual; finally, we check the level using the dipstick.
