How to change the engine oil and filter on a Kia Picanto. A simple operation following the right steps, see in this video how to proceed. Lift the car on a column lift, unscrew the plug of the oil sump with a spanner (after removing the plastic protective panel), allow the fluid to drain into a disposal container and re-screw the sump plug (use a socket spanner to unscrew the filter located inside the engine bay). After removing the oil from the engine, lower the car and lift the bonnet, securing it. Refill the engine with the new fluid.
