Remove the battery on Kia Soul? Let's see the replacement of the damaged battery. We open the car door and pull up the engine compartment opening lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, lift up the hood and put it in safety. Once the engine compartment is opened, we will find the battery to replace. We disassemble the tightening nuts of the battery terminals with a socket wrench. We remove the battery once it is free from cables and plastics. We mount a new battery in the engine compartment (same voltage). We close the bonnet at the end of the assembly. We start the car and check the operation.
