How to Replace the Timing Chain on the Kia Sorento 2.5 CRDi?

To replace the timing chain on the Kia Sorento, you need to remove the bolts securing the front cover of the engine. Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the chain: to extract it, first remove the elongated steel parts and then the central pins of the pulleys. When the pulleys are removed, you can disengage the chain from their teeth and take it out. The new chain must be inserted into the teeth of the pulleys and properly tensioned. Finally, refit the front cover of the engine.
