Removing the Car Clutch

In this brief guide, you will learn how to remove the car clutch in a few steps. The clutch kit consists of the disc, pressure plate, and release bearing. To remove the clutch and achieve the desired goal quickly, you will often need to remove the gearbox as well. Start by removing the front wheels and disconnecting the shock absorbers, carefully removing the pins and the relevant bolts from the hub carrier. Next, detach the lower arm ball joint and the steering rack end. At this point, you will also need to remove the starter motor and drain the gearbox oil. Then begin removing the drive shafts and disconnect the gear lever, finishing with the removal of the clutch cable.
