How to Remove the Air Filter Cover on a Lancia Ypsilon 846

Removing the air filter cover on the 1.3 MJT engine of this Lancia model is extremely simple as the filter box is located directly above the engine. Once the bonnet is opened, the three securing screws of the cover are immediately visible in the centre of the plastic cover, along the line where the reinforcing ribs are located. After removing the screws, lift the cover to extract it from the rear guides and proceed with cleaning or replacing the filter (you can also opt for installing a sports-type filter).
