Model: Land Rover Discovery Discovery 2, MK 2, L318 - Years 1998-2004
Part: Hand brake
Operation: How to adjust the handbrake on Discovery

Do you want to remove the handbrake lever cover mounted on a Land Rover Discovery? Let's see how to proceed with the adjustment of the handbrake: with a plastic lever, remove the button panel (next to) of the leather handbrake, cut the clamp that tightens the plastic part. Let's unscrew (with a socket wrench or screwdriver with insert) the tightening nuts of the central tunnel under the handbrake lever. As soon as the handbrake lever is free, we adjust the lever by unscrewing or screwing the pins. Finally we go to reassemble the cover (push button panel) and all the attached pieces, proceeding backwards.
