Remove the battery from a Range Rover Sport? Let's see how to replace the damaged battery. Open the vehicle's door and pull up the hood release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, lift the hood, and secure it. Once the hood is raised, you will find the battery to be replaced. Remove the protective plastic covering the battery, and loosen the battery terminal nuts with a socket wrench. Remove the battery once it is free from cables and plastic. Install a new battery in the engine compartment (same voltage), tighten the screws, and cover it with the cover. Close the hood after installation.
