In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the interior headliner from a Land Rover Discovery. First, remove the grab handles by unscrewing the screws located on the sides.

Next, remove the sun visors and disconnect the plastic covers of the interior lights, also disconnecting their electrical connectors. Then, carefully remove the headliner by prying at the edges in multiple spots to avoid damaging it. Follow the video until the end to understand all the steps, including the complete reinstallation!
