Front Bumper Repair

If the front bumper is damaged due to a collision and has missing pieces, the repair will involve reconstructing it. Start by securing the edges to the underlying support with rivets and zip ties to hold them in place during reconstruction. Close all rear holes because the bumper will be filled with expanding foam, which will serve as the base for the subsequent finish. Once the foam has dried, remove the excess, apply epoxy resin and fiberglass for additional filling and reinforcement, then fill first with paste resin and then with metal filler, finishing with sandpaper. Finally, repaint the bumper.
