How to Remove the Front Bumper of the Land Rover Discovery

Model: Land Rover Discovery MK 3, LR3, Discovery 3, L319 - Years 2004-2010

Remove the front bumper of the Land Rover Discovery if damaged and replace it. Lift the hood and secure it. Remove the front headlights before taking off the bumper. Remove the mounting screws located at the top of the bumper. Once the rivets (pins) at the top are removed, take off the plastic side impact absorbers and unscrew the screws located in the wheel wells (remove the pins at the bottom of the bumper). Pull the bumper off the vehicle body by hand. Install the new bumper with all the mounting screws, side impact absorbers, and front headlights.
