In this guide, follow the steps to remove and replace the factory radio in the Lexus HS. First, get inside the vehicle and start removing the trim pieces located on the sides of the radio. Next, remove the shift knob and its base to access the entire radio by unscrewing all the mounting screws, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the electrical connectors found at the back, and then replace the radio with the new one!
