Change the Battery in the Lincoln MKS Remote

To change the battery in your Lincoln MKS remote, you will need a CR2032 button battery. Open the remote from the back button, where you will extract the physical key. Use a screwdriver to gently pry off the back cover of the remote. Carefully remove the dead battery from its housing. Pay attention to the polarity to insert the new one the same way. To insert it, place it slightly on the side of the tabs and push it down. Replace the back cover and put the physical key back in place, which acts as a cap. The job is done.
