To replace the external handle of the Maserati Ghibli, open the door to detach the circular cover located on the side of the door. Once this is removed, you will find the underlying screw, which must be completely unscrewed to extract the lock cylinder from its housing.

Once the cylinder is removed, you can also pull out the handle from its seat. The handle can now be replaced with a new replacement part.
