To replace the battery in the key fob of the Mazda CX-5, pry off the cover on the back of the fob: once removed, you can then pry off the front cover. Underneath, you will find the battery compartment, which can be removed and replaced with a new spare part.

Once the new battery is inserted, close the fob by reinserting the appropriate panels removed earlier to ensure everything functions correctly.
