In this tutorial we can see how to replace the battery of the Mazda 2 remote control, an extremely simple and fast operation. To do this, we will need a small screwdriver with a flat tip and a replacement battery of type CR1620. First of all, we extend the emergency metal key by pressing the appropriate button, then we separate the two parts of the remote control by levering in the indicated slot. Next, we open the lower half, remove the old battery and insert the replacement, being careful to respect the polarity. At this point, all that remains is to reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
