How to remove the instrument cluster in a Mazda 3?

In this tutorial, we will see how to disassemble the instrument cluster in the Mazda 3, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, let's make sure that the key is not inserted, to operate safely. Then, we will remove the cover of the lower left pillar by taking out the corresponding clip. Next, we will use a plastic spatula to unclip the left dashboard cover, the right one, and the horizontal trim, and remove the upper cover of the steering column. At this point, all that is left is to remove the cluster frame, unscrew the fastening screws that have just been freed, and extract the cluster itself from its housing.
