Instructions for Dismantling the Car Radio

Model: Mazda Mx 5 MK 3, NC - Years 2005-2015

The first operation to perform is to remove the plastic trims around the car radio and the climate control buttons: start by removing the plastic triangles on the sides, unscrewing the screws underneath. Then unclip the plastic cover under the steering column, removing the metal frame underneath to access the radio mounting bracket. At this point, simply pull the centre console forward to remove the car radio along with the climate control buttons; disconnect the relevant plugs at the back.
