Installing Aftermarket Car Radio

Model: Mazda Mx 5 NB, MK 2 - Years 1998-2005

To install the new car radio, you first need to remove the factory unit: remove the plastic trim on the sides of the radio and insert the appropriate extraction keys to pull out the two components that make up the original radio (tuner and cassette player).
Then remove the central plastic bar and connect the adapter wiring to the original connectors, following the instructions in the provided wiring diagram. Secure the storage drawer to the support (or cage) of the new radio with cable ties to cover the gap left by the original stereo. Make all connections and insert the new radio into its slot, ensuring it is securely fixed; finally, apply the front panel trim.
