Replacing Cabin Air Filter

Model: Mazda 3 MK 1, BK - Years 2003-2009
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment that needs to be removed. Open the glove compartment door, unclip the central trim of the dashboard, and undo the screws underneath. To allow the glove compartment to be removed, you also need to unclip the scuff plate and the trim just above the door pillar. Once the glove compartment is removed, take off the underlying Velcro cover and lower and disconnect the fuse box cover. To access the filter housing, you still need to remove the side cover of the centre tunnel: at the back of the tunnel are the filters; remove the cap, extract the old filters, and insert the new ones. Proceed in reverse for reassembly.

How to Remove the Dome Light of an Audi Q5

Let's see how to remove and replace the bulbs located in the dome light of the headliner on an Audi Q5. Use a screwdriver or a plastic trim tool to pry between the dome light cover and its perimeter (without breaking the plastic). Pull the bulbs to be replaced out of the dome light. Replace the damaged bulbs with new ones (same size and voltage). Reinstall the cover in its housing along with the associated parts. Perform the same operation for the other dome lights located in the headliner. Test the light's proper operation at the end of the installation.
