This video shows how to replace the battery in the remote key for a Mazda CX-9. The procedure is extremely simple. First, ensure you have the necessary materials, specifically the correct model of the new battery, in this case, a flat CR 2025 3V battery, and a small flathead screwdriver. With that said, take the remote key and extract the key itself as shown. Once the key is detached from the remote, proceed to open the casing using the screwdriver tip. After opening the casing, you can replace the old battery with the new one.
