Suspension Wishbone Replacement

Model: Mazda 6 GG, MK 1 - Years 2002-2008

If you hear noise from the front suspension, especially when driving on uneven surfaces, it is very likely that the suspension wishbone has been damaged along with the associated rubber bushes. To replace this wishbone, lift the vehicle on a ramp and remove the front wheel. Then, proceed to remove the nut securing the ball joint to the hub mount and extract it using a fork tool. Continue by removing the securing pins of the other two bushes to complete the disassembly, and then reverse the steps for the installation of the new one.
