How to Replace the Rear Light Bulb on a Mazda 3?

To replace the rear light bulb on a Mazda 3, start by turning off the engine and opening the boot. Locate the access panel on the inner side of the boot space, behind the rear light.

Remove this panel to access the bulb holder. Carefully pull the bulb holder out of the light assembly by turning it counterclockwise.

Gently remove the burnt bulb from the holder. Note the orientation of the bulb to correctly insert the new one. Insert the new bulb into the holder, ensuring it is securely fitted.

Reinsert the bulb holder into the light assembly and turn it clockwise to lock it in place. Replace the access panel, making sure it is securely fastened.

Close the boot and start the engine to check that the new bulb is functioning correctly.
