How to reset the "Service" indicator on a Mercedes B-Class?

To reset the "Service" light on a Mercedes B-Class, turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine. Using the buttons on the steering wheel, access the main menu displayed on the dashboard screen. Scroll through the options until you find the section related to maintenance or service reminder. Use the steering wheel controls to select the reset option, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure. Once confirmed, wait a few moments for the system to update the data. After that, turn off and on the instrument panel to verify that the light is no longer present. If the reminder does not appear, the reset has been successful and the system is ready for the next scheduled maintenance interval.
