Removing the Door Panel of a Mercedes A-Class

Remove the door panel of a Mercedes A-Class (driver's side). First, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment. Use a lever or screwdriver to remove the cover caps on the handle and the panel, then unscrew the screws located in the slots with the screwdriver. Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Disconnect the power connectors for the window regulator, the speaker in the handle, and the tension cable for the door release lever. Finally, grasp the panel with your hands and a lever, and pry it off the door. Reassemble everything by reversing the steps.
