In this video, we can see how to remove the glove box of the Mercedes X-Class: we open the glove box and loosen it on both sides to detach it from the lower guides, alternating sides. We unhook the side support and remove the glove box. By turning it from the back, we can see the guides that we loosened earlier; we then remove the footwell lining on the passenger side and disconnect the plug connector, then we move on to the small lining on the right. The video then shows us where the five screws are located to remove the body of the compartment, after which we can extract the box.
