How to replace the thermostat in the Mercedes C-Class?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the thermostat in the Mercedes C-Class, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is completely cold, then open the hood and remove the front air duct by releasing it from its seats. Next, unlock the metal clip indicated using a hook, disconnect the water pipe, and unscrew the two fixing bolts using a 10mm Torx socket wrench. At this point, all that remains is to remove the thermostat from the housing, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything.
