How to replace the air conditioning controls of the Mercedes SLK with digital ones

In this video we see how to change the control panel of the air conditioner of the Mercedes SLK with a digital one. From a search, this type of device is easily found, but only among used devices. Therefore, we cannot provide purchasing information. Removing the piece is quite easy, leveraging with a plastic spatula and then removing the screws we find underneath that fix the piece to the console. Once we have removed the front panel, we must disconnect the electrical plugs and then reconnect to the new piece: it is a very easy plug & play; before fixing it, we test it and it works! So we fix the piece and it's done.
