How to Remove the Rear Door Panel (Left Side) on a Mercedes C-Class

How do you remove the door panel (left passenger side) on a Mercedes C-Class? Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the trunk. Here’s how to proceed: use a trim tool to remove the plastic covering the handle/release lever on the panel. With a screwdriver, unscrew the fastening screws located in the plastic handle. Once all screws are removed, use the trim tool to detach the plastic caps on the panel and unscrew the screws inside. Pull the door panel away with your hands, disconnect any power connectors and the release cable.
