How to replace the battery of the Mercedes Vito

The battery of the Mercedes Vito, unlike other Mercedes vehicles, is located inside the cabin specifically under the passenger seat. To replace the battery if necessary, we must open the passenger side door and remove the battery cover. After replacing the cover, disconnect the negative terminal and then the positive terminal to remove the battery from its housing. The battery is 12 volts, so the replacement must be done with a battery of the same voltage. Insert the new battery and connect the positive terminal and then the negative terminal. Close the battery cover and the passenger door, then get into the vehicle and start it to verify that the battery is functioning correctly.
