How to change a tire on the Mercedes CLS.

Model: Mercedes CLS C218, MK 2 - Years 2010-2018
Part: Tires

On the Mercedes CLS, the wheel replacement is carried out with the vehicle stationary in a safe area. The emergency lights are activated, and wheel chocks are placed on the side opposite to the wheel being changed; the bolts are slightly loosened while the vehicle is on the ground. Then, the jack is positioned at the lifting point shown, and the car is raised just enough to free the wheel. The damaged wheel is removed, the hub is cleaned, and the spare wheel/temporary wheel is presented, aligning the centering hole. The bolts are hand-tightened, and the vehicle is lowered until it rests on the ground. At this point, the bolts are tightened in a crisscross sequence until they are firmly secured, without specifying torque values not shown in the video. The removed wheel is stored, the emergency devices are deactivated, and a short drive is taken to check for any vibrations; at the end of the procedure, the tightening is checked again.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille.
