How to Reset the Service Light in a Mercedes C-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

To reset the service light in a Mercedes C-Class, get in the vehicle, insert the key, and turn the ignition to position 1 without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the steering wheel to display the total mileage on the screen. Turn the key to position 2 and, within a few seconds, press the trip odometer reset button three times. Turn off the ignition. Hold the reset button and turn the key back to position 2 while continuing to hold it until the reset message appears. Release the button, turn off the ignition, and turn it back on to verify that the reset was successful.
