How to Reset the Service Light on a Mercedes GLA

To reset the service light on a Mercedes GLA, insert the key or press the Start button without starting the engine. On the instrument cluster, use the steering wheel buttons to access the "Trip" menu. Scroll through the options until you find the service light or maintenance counter option. Once selected, hold down the OK button until the display shows the word "Reset" or the reset is confirmed. During the operation, the cluster may flash or show symbols indicating the reset is in progress. Once complete, turn off the instrument cluster and restart the engine: the light should be off.
