How to replace the remote key battery of the Mercedes M-Class? Follow this detailed guide. Take your remote key, extract the metal key; use a lever between the two parts of the plastic key cover. Pry until the battery holder comes out of the cover. Remove the worn battery with a screwdriver, take a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the cover onto your remote (insert the battery holder until you hear it click into place). Check the proper functioning of the remote key.
